Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains what personal data BOKE Producciones collects through boke.ec, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales, LOPDP).

2. What data we collect

• Quote form: name, company, email, WhatsApp number and any project information you choose to share.
• Contact by WhatsApp or email: the data and messages you send us.
• Measurement (only if you accept cookies): browsing and campaign data, such as pages visited, where the visit came from and events such as submitting the form.

3. What we use it for

• To answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up commercially.
• To send you news from BOKE, only if you ticked that box.
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising campaigns, only with your consent.

4. Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit the form or accept cookies, and to take pre-contractual steps that you request. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and form handling), Kommo (contact management), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Meta (pixel, Conversions API and WhatsApp). Some of them are located outside Ecuador, so there may be international transfers under the safeguards these providers offer. We do not sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as the business relationship lasts or up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, updating, deletion, objection, portability or suspension of the processing of your data by writing to [email protected]. We reply within the time limits set by the LOPDP. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can contact Ecuador’s data protection authority, the Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales.

8. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary technical cookies and, if you accept them, measurement and advertising cookies from Google and Meta. You can change your choice at any time in cookie preferences.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
